Care and Comfort Kits

Each year we ask families to provide a Care and Comfort Kit for their student(s) in the case of an emergency on campus. Please read this form for directions on how to build your child’s kit then:

1. Print and fill-out the form for each kit
2. Build the kit(s)
3. Drop kit(s) off to the front office sometime during the first two weeks of school

Note: Care and Comfort Kits will not be returned at the end of the year so please do not include any personal items that you wouldn’t want thrown away/donated. Thank you!
